The Company

Healey Green is a newly established business that markets and sells garden machinery online. Their product range includes Lawn Mowers, Brush Cutters, Earth Augers, Chainsaws, etc. In a very competitive market, this very ambitious newcomer is set on taking on the big retailers that have been dominating the market for far too long with their high prices. Considering that it's very important for Aussies to take good care of their gardens, Healey Green's mission is to help garden owners preserve that great Aussie tradition whilst also saving them a great deal of money.

The Vision

Like Ygen, Healey Green also strives to provide a One Stop Shop for their clients. The company has forged strong relationships with selected quality manufacturers to bring affordability and quality to the Australian Garden Lover. They sell directly to the consumer, cutting out any middleman.  So there are no distributors, sales agents or wholesalers in the chain, which means that the customer gets a much better deal.

The Challenges

As a newly established company, they only had a handful of employees, so dedicating someone to manage the entire sales chain, including the eCommerce, marketing and inventory, was a mission impossible in terms of human resource management.

What the company lacked was a fully integrated system to manage the whole fulfillment cycle from eCommerce Store, right down to payments, sales, warehouse inventory, location management, and shipping to clients. Furthermore, they needed it to be linked and tracked through a fully auditable double entry accounting back end.

The Need

Taking into consideration the limited human resources, their best possibility was to adopt a highly effective and automated practice by utilizing a holistic suite of business applications.

After numerous presentations and tailor-made demos carried out by our professional Account Manager, Parco, Healey Green has implemented:
-Ygen eCommerce for their online sales
-Ygen Accounting for accurate books of account
-Inventory for warehouse and stock control
-SalesContactsCRMManufacturingEmail Marketing and Marketing Automation to manage the sales and marketing campaigns in an automated fashion
-Purchase for accurate and timely ordering of products
-CalendarDiscuss and Events to manage all trade shows

The Implementation

Healey Green implemented Ygen as soon as they started their business, because based on their past experience with disparate systems in previously owned businesses, they had seen how things can quickly get out of control. This time however, the implementation went smoothly and was done in mere three months.

An All-in-One solution

Ready to use, out-of-the-box.

With an integrated eCommerce platform, inventory and sales can easily be maintained via automatic stock adjustments and reporting.

Dedicated customer portals help keep the data organized with order tracking and claims, allowing them to download invoices and delivery orders as well as view pending shipments from a single location.

It’s super user-friendly! For example, when moving from a Sales Order to a Delivery order, you can easily do so even though they're from separate modules and it's easily tracked via breadcrumbs leading you back to the source easily and efficiently.
